WHEN OUR BODY ASKS FOR WATER

6. Fatigue

The dehydration leads the body to slow down the metabolism and this makes us feel sleepy.

7. Muscle cramps

Cramps are caused by imbalances in electrolytes.. Magnesium and sodium chloride are essential here. If you sweat a lot and don't drink enough fluids (including electrolytes) you can get cramps.
