WHAT IS A DETOX PLAN AND WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
A Detox Plan is a Programme designed to help your body eliminate toxins and alkalinise itself.
Each Detox Plan contains 6 Cold Press juices of 500 ml, made daily in our workshop, with fresh, local fruit and vegetables.
100% natural, additive-free and untreated to extend their natural shelf life.
This programme consists of letting your digestive system rest, focusing your energy on detoxifying the body, losing weight, and providing the minerals, vitamins and enzymes your body needs to carry out all your daily tasks.

WHAT IS A DETOX PLAN?
It is a programme designed to help your body eliminate toxins and alkalinise. Each detox plan contains 6 cold press juices of 5o0 ml, made daily in our workshop, with fresh and local fruit and vegetables, 100% natural, without additives and without treatments to extend their natural shelf life.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED A DETOX PLAN?
If you feel bloated, have poor digestion, retain fluids, have bad habits, suffer from stress and anxiety, feel tired or fatigued, if you are often ill, if you are over-medicated or basically feel that your body needs to eliminate excess toxins. Always consult your doctor or specialist.

HOW DOES THE DETOX PLAN HELP ME?
Our detox plans are designed to help your depurative system to perform its function correctly and thus eliminate toxins more intensely and efficiently. During the detox plan we ingest liquids, giving the digestive system a rest and concentrating energy on the purification and recovery of the organism.

EATING SOLIDS DURING THE DETOX?
We do not recommend eating anything solid during the detox plan, as the aim is to give the digestive system a rest.
On the other hand, we do recommend drinking water, broths without solids and infusions to promote purification more intensely, helping us to better eliminate toxins from the body.

CAN I CONTINUE TO DO SPORT?
Yes, in fact, sport helps to make purification more intense and efficient.
It is recommended to go for a walk, run at a moderate pace, do yoga or pilates, do low-intensity exercise.
High-intensity activities are not recommended during the detox plan.

SHOULD I KEEP THE JUICES COLD?
Yes, always. And remember that our juices are fresh and are not treated to make them last longer than natural. They do not contain preservatives or artificial additives. We recommend keeping them refrigerated between 0 and 4 degrees. They should be stored in the fridge as soon as possible and not placed in the door, as this is the least cold area of the fridge.

HOW MANY DETOX DAYS ARE RECOMMENDED?
The ideal is to do 3 days in a row and a maintenance of 1 day a week or 1 day every 2 weeks.
Although it will always depend on the habits and lifestyle of each person.
The most important thing is to maintain good habits, eliminate processed foods, manage stress well and exercise regularly.

AND ONCE THE DETOX PLAN IS OVER?
After the detox plan, it is advisable to return to a normal diet gradually and if possible by eliminating or reducing the intake of processed foods as much as possible.
In the case of alcohol and tobacco, if possible eliminate or reduce as much as possible to avoid excessive accumulation of toxins in the body.
