100gr of oatmeal
125ml of oat milk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil (we use coconut)
Agate oil and chopped fruit (to taste)
Add all the food in a glass beater all ingredients except the oil. We mix them until they form a uniform, thick and sticky mass.
When we have the dough done, grease the pan with a little coconut oil so that the dough does not stick.
When the oil is hot, add a little dough and wait for it to brown to turn it over.
Once we have the two golden sides, we take it out of the fire and repeat the process with other portions of dough.
Now we will decorate the pancakes with a little syrup of agave and pieces of fruit and … Enjoy!
