– 1 glass full of oatmeal
– 1/4 cup chopped raw almond (or other raw nut)
– A handful of raisins
– A handful of whole hazelnuts
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil
First, we put the oven to preheat to 180ºC.
In a bowl we will mix well all the dry ingredients and mix well.
In the oven tray, place a piece of vegetable paper and spread the muesli well. We cover everything with a little honey and put it in the oven between 20-30 ‘(watching it harden a little, but do not toast) and give it some wiggle from time to time.
Take out the oven tray, let it cool well (when it is already hard) and you are ready to save.
