60 g coconut sugar
50 g oatmeal
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
210 g of whole spelled flour
320g / 3 large (or 4 small) bananas
2 tbsp (15 g) chia seeds
60 ml of vegetable milk (Whichever you prefer)
60 ml coconut oil
2 tbsp of agave syrup
2 tsp vanilla p>
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spread a little olive oil and reserve in a pan.
In large bowl, crush the bananas until mashed.
Add the moist ingredients (ground chia, milk, oil, syrup, and vanilla) to the banana puree and stir until it is a homogenous mixture.
Add the dry ingredients to the moist mixture, one by one, in the following order: sugar, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.
Pour the dough into the bread dough evenly. Put on the optional ingredients such as chopped walnuts, sparks of vegan chocolate and press a little.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes but time may vary, season it out when golden and firm.
Put the pan on a rack to cool for about 30 minutes.
Roll a knife by the sides and demolish it.
Cut the bread once it’s cold.
